Millennium Consulting operates in the field of Change. We have been working with organisations using CODA® Financials since 1998 and are established as a leading Change Management Consultancy for the deployment and re-engineering of CODA® Financials and related applications.
Working closely with clients, we define systems strategy and then implement it. We develop relationships with clients at board level, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. We understand the practicalities of software deployment and recognise that technology is only one aspect of the process and the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels to introduce change is an essential component. We employ only experienced, quality assured Project Managers and Consultants, many of which are software vendor/Big 4 trained with deep applications knowledge, strong customer facing and excellent communication skills.
