Technology is rarely used optimally and therefore a System Review and Business Process Workshop is likely to identify strategies to improve performance and reduce cost.
We spend between 3-10 days (depending on size and complexity), with sponsors, key users and stake holders, reviewing systems and processes in operation, discussing processes and identifying short, medium and long term strategies for improvement. Following the visit, a Systems Review report, incorporating recommendations for future enhancement / development, is produced and presented to the Project Sponsor and other stake-holders.

The on-site Business Process Workshop is run by a Senior Consultant working with stake-holders and key users. Following extensive discussions normally over a 2 day period, a detailed report is produced covering the areas discussed and conclusions reached.
